Cardio exercises for the body

Cardio exercises are the most important workouts you can do, whether you want to lose weight or to improve your overall fitness. Any exercise that elevates your heart rate and keeps that rate for a time period is a cardiovascular exercise.
There are so many choices out there and the confusing thing is, which exercises are the best? There is not anything like that. You can choose what you enjoy to do and what you will do and  that will work
for your entire body.
Cardiovascular exercises are not about making you look great, but it is important for your heart and lungs to make it healthy.
You should learn how to do Cardio exercises effectively. You must make sure that you are working within your THR (Target Heart Rate) zone. You must be aware of how you feel during exercise. You should stop work out and take a rest or consult a doctor, if you feel lightheaded or dizzy.
First six weeks after starting work out will be the initial conditioning period. You should not do anything so intense. You can increase its intensity when your body gets adapted to the Cardio.

How and when:
You have to choose the activity that you enjoy. You can start the Cardio exercises three days in a week of 5-10 minutes duration and take 4 days of rest. After the initial phases you can increase the number of days and time of these exercises.
Try to do warm ups and pre and post workout stretching before the Cardio to avoid injuries. You can make the muscles more flexible if you follow this routine.You can select a convenient time for Cardio but Never do with an empty stomach.
If you really want to lose your weight or to get a flat belly or to improve the fitness level, Cardio with an empty stomach will not help you to fulfill that aim. That’s why evening time is recommended for the workouts. If you do proper warm ups and take food at least half an hour before starting the workouts,you can workout in the morning as well.
